Terms of Service

The service

AdZippy, operated by SIA Noctura Group, Ģertrūdes iela 38 - 12, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvia, lets you create, launch and review Facebook and Instagram ads in ad accounts you manage. Contact: man@testo-hit.com.

Your account

• You need an AdZippy sign-in and your own Facebook login. Each workspace uses only its own Facebook connection.
• You may connect only ad accounts and Pages you are allowed to manage. AdZippy checks that your Facebook login can see each account before you can use it.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Payments

Connecting Facebook does not itself authorise an AdZippy service charge. Any paid AdZippy purchase must show its price and applicable terms before you agree to it. Meta bills advertising spend separately to your Meta payment method. Review campaign settings before activation and monitor your campaigns in Meta.

Service and responsibility

You may connect only business assets you are authorised to manage, and must have the necessary rights to the advertising content you submit. Ads must comply with applicable law and Meta's rules. Meta may reject, limit or stop ads independently. AdZippy does not guarantee campaign results or uninterrupted availability. You may stop using AdZippy and disconnect Facebook at any time. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Ending use

You can disconnect Facebook at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.
